His impressive resume includes global qualifications gained at some of the finest institutions in the world. A degree in Psychology at the University of Delaware was followed by medical training at the University of Leuven in Europe, and further qualifications gained at the University of Maryland, the Free University of Brussels and the University of Leicester – including a Master’s of Science (MSc) in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Imaging and a PhD in Exercise Physiology.

Dr. Ralph Rogers
Dr. Ralph Rogers is a Consultant in Regenerative Orthopedics & Sports Medicine who uses his wealth of experience to effectively tackle chronic pain and acute discomfort with innovative Regenerative Medicine treatments.
His impressive resume includes global qualifications gained at some of the finest institutions in the world. Dr Pakravan
Dr Pakravan is a Consultant Specialist in Musculoskeletal, Sport and Exercise Medicine, a Fellow of the UK Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (FSEM), a Visiting Senior Fellow in SEM at University of Suffolk, and the Chair of Fighting Physical Inactivity Committee of the European College of Sport and Exercise Physicians (ECOSEP).
Dr Pakravan represents ECOSEP in the World Health Organisation’s European network for Health Enhancing Physical Activity (WHO-HEPA Europe) where he has secured an Observer membership status for the College.
Dr Pakravan has extensive experience of work in elite sports including as a Field of Play Medical Team Leader during the London Olympic and Paralympic games, Itinerant Doctor to the Football Association for England teams, Medical Director to major international sporting events including World Taekwondo Grand Prix and World Para-Taekwondo Championship, Hockey World League Semi-finals, and Hockey Super-6s finals, also Medical Officer to England and GB Hockey, NBA London Games, and London Marathons and Triathlons. He has been a consulting club doctor to Crystal Palace FC in the English Premier League since 2012 and is the Medical Director of Surrey Ambulance Services.
Dr Pakravan has a number of publications in reputable medical journals and an extensive portfolio of lectures and keynote speeches on various Sports / musculoskeletal medicine, and physical activity topics at national and international congresses, conferences, universities and meetings.
Dr Pakravan’s qualifications including in Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography, and wealth of experience at highest levels of elite sports as well as general musculoskeletal and orthopaedic medicine enables him to offer his patients detailed assessment, appropriate investigations and interventions including ultrasound guided joints and soft tissue injections, and a tailormade personalised management plan to ensure long term functional benefits. His ethos is to equip his clients with relevant knowledge and skills; and provide them with the same high standards of holistic medical care available to elite athletes.

Emanuele Calabrese
A former professional basketball player, Emanuele is a passionate and enthusiastic Italian Osteopath
Emanuele discovered Osteopathy and benefited from it, during numerous injuries of his sport career. This, taught him to understand how frustrating is to feel pain and not be able to perform his favourite activities. Emanuele firmly believes that everyone deserves a pain free life and this interest in the latter has led him to deepen his studies in pain management.
Emanuele’s professionalism, passion and a non-judgemental approach are part of his everyday clinical practice. His motto is “Everyone is different, and therefore has to be treated differently.”
Emanuele has significant experience in treating:

Farhana Sonday
Farhana, originally from South Africa, is a women’s health, breast cancer and musculoskeletal physiotherapist who graduated in 2005 from the University of Cape Town and relocated to London in 2008.
She has a special interest in women’s health, pre and postnatal care and breast cancer care. She has undertaken additional qualifications in these fields, as well as in acupuncture, pilates and hydrotherapy.
Farhana is passionate about restoring pain-free movement and function in patients. She tackles problems using bespoke rehabilitation programs, joint and soft tissue mobilisation and correction of movement dysfunctions. She assesses patients in a holistic way to find the root of the problem and aims to restore function as well as reduce the risk of the injury recurring.

Dr Alexandra Davidson

Professional Profile & Experience:
Dr Alex Davidson graduated from University College London Medical School in 2005 and completed postgraduate training posts at a central London teaching hospital. She stepped out from clinical training in 2007 for a year to focus on gaining academic and research skills, working as an Academic Clinical Fellow in Clinical Pharmacology at Imperial Hammersmith hospitals foundation trust. She then pursued an academic training in Primary Care at University College London where her research focused on dementia and postgraduate medical education. She became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2012.
Dr Alex Davidson has been an academic tutor in General Practice at three UK medical schools and most recently held a substantive University post in Medical Education at Cambridge University where she was Assistant Director in General Practice and educational lead for the second clinical year. She gained Fellowship to the Higher Education Academy and a MA degree during her time at Cambridge.
Her interest in Functional Medicine stems from her own experience as a patient, where she transformed her health and stopped all prescription medication using simple nutrition & lifestyle principles alongsidehigh quality supplements. This led to her choosing to follow her passion and train in this highly specialised medical field, and she has now completed all her training modules through the prestigious Institute of Functional Medicine in the United States.
She is a keen road cyclist and has particular interests in sports performance, recovery and sports physiology.
Dr Alex Davidson continues to work as a NHS GP two days a week.

Dr Richard Mackenzie
Metabolic Health and Metabolic Performance Testing
Dr Richard Mackenzie is international recognised for his research into human metabolism, obesity, type 2 diabetes and elite athletic performance. He leads a research team that investigates the role muscle plays in maintaining our health and how life-style, nutrition and exercise influence this. Dr Mackenzie has over 15 years of experience of helping people with a range of health related issues, including obesity, to help them better understand their metabolism to encourage weight loss. In addition Dr Mackenzie also works with aspiring athletes to help them achieve their training goals, target performance weaknesses as well as improve over aerobic and metabolic performance.

Oana Ancu
Speciality – Clinical Physiologist
Oana Ancu has over 4 years of experience working with a range of individuals in her capacity as a human performance and health physiologist. Oana’s PhD work focuses on human metabolism and pancreatic and is set in a clinical environment. She has also been working within a research team focusing on developing a better understanding of the effects of exercise and nutritional interventions on metabolism. Before starting her PhD, Oana completed a BSc in Biological Sciences at University of Westminster and MSc in Clinical Nutrition at University of Roehampton, London, where she developed a high interest in exercise physiology. Oana also works with a range of individuals, from general population to elite athletes, to help them achieve their goals and better understand their metabolism by translating the scientific knowledge, gathered in the fields of nutrition and exercise physiology, into objectives and plans.
