Dr Francesco Lo Giudice is a consultant cardiologist at the Hammersmith Hospital.
He has worked as a cardiologist since 2000, dealing with all the most common cardiovascular diseases; more recently he has dedicated himself to the study and treatment of a rare disease called pulmonary hypertension.
He deeply believes in the importance of a doctor-patient relationship based on trust and collaboration.
The well-being of a person and her/his heart is strictly connected to the general psychophysical well-being.
This is why he believes in a holistic approach to health and for this reason the collaboration with other specialists who share this philosophy is essential.
The problems we can manage together are:
high blood pressure and cholesterol, shortness of breath, chest pain, palpitations; but also prevention of cardiovascular disease, especially in the presence of a family history of heart disease or sudden death at a young age.
A comprehensive cardiological evaluation may also be useful before starting a physical activity, especially after years of inactivity.
With Dr. Lo Giudice is it possible to have all the following cardiological exams, if needed: electrocardiogram (ECG), echocardiogram, ECG-Holter monitoring.
Date and times can be agreed according to specific needs. Indeed, Dr Lo Giudice believes in the importance of a person-centered care and it would be useful to specify the reasons for the consultation when requesting an appointment.
