Non-Surgical Treatments

01

Lipogems (Stem Cells)

Lipogems is a treatment that uses your body’s own fat tissue to support natural healing.
By processing a small sample of fat, we extract reparative cells (a type of stem cells) that are injected into the damaged joint or tendon , providing cushioning, reducing inflammation, and promoting tissue repair.
It is can be used to treat osteoarthritis, sports injuries, and tendon or soft tissue conditions.

  • Minimally invasive
  • Performed under local anesthetic
  • Treatment completed in about an hour or less
  • Results typically appear within 1–4 weeks with lasting improvement
02

Lower Back Spinal Injections

• Steroid Injections: Best for fast, short- to mid-term pain relief.
• PRP Injections: Natural, regenerative option for long-term healing.
• Medial Branch Blocks: Diagnostic step to identify pain sources.
• Radiofrequency Ablation: Provides longer-lasting relief for facet or SI joint pain.
• Transforaminal Injections: Targeted treatment for nerve root irritation and sciatica.

These treatments are often combined with physiotherapy and rehabilitation to deliver the best long-term outcomes.

03

Tenex Therapy

Tenex is a minimally invasive procedure that uses ultrasonic energy to remove damaged tendon tissue while preserving healthy tissue.
Effective for chronic tendon pain in the elbow, shoulder, knee, foot (plantar fasciitis, Achilles), and patellar tendinitis.
Procedure lasts around 20 minutes under local anaesthetic, requiring no stitches, and provides lasting relief for more than 85% of patients.
04

PRP – Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy

PRP therapy harnesses the healing power of your body’s own blood platelets, which are rich in growth factors that support tissue repair and regeneration.
After drawing a small sample of blood, platelets are concentrated and re-injected into the injured area.
PRP is widely used for sports injuries, tendon and ligament problems, arthritis, and chronic inflammation. Safe, minimally invasive, and with no risk of rejection, PRP supports natural healing and reduces pain.
05

Ultrasound Guided Steroid Injections

Steroid injections reduce inflammation and pain in joints, tendons, and soft tissues.
Performed under ultrasound guidance, they deliver corticosteroids directly into the affected area for maximum accuracy and relief.
Used to treat arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis, and back pain.
Quick, outpatient procedure with improvement typically within days. Relief can last weeks to months.
06

Ostenil (Hyaluronic Acid) Injections

Ostenil® hyaluronic acid injections restore lubrication in arthritic joints, improving shock absorption, reducing stiffness, and easing pain.
Particularly effective for knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle osteoarthritis.
Ultrasound-guided for accuracy, quick outpatient procedure, and relief can last 6–12 months.
Safe and repeatable treatment to delay surgery.
07

Cellular Matrix

Cellular Matrix® combines PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) with Hyaluronic Acid (HA) in one injection.
This dual therapy stimulates biological healing through PRP while improving joint lubrication via HA.
It is suitable for early to moderate osteoarthritis, cartilage wear, tendon injuries, and sports-related conditions.
Safe, minimally invasive, and typically completed in under 30 minutes, with results lasting several months.
08

Trigger Point Injections

Back and muscle pain can limit your daily life and performance. If physiotherapy, exercise, or medication are not enough, injection treatments can target the source of pain directly, providing both relief and healing.
09

Joint Aspirations

Joint aspiration (arthrocentesis) removes excess fluid from swollen joints to relieve pain, stiffness, and pressure.
It also allows fluid analysis to diagnose arthritis, gout, infection, or injury.
Quick outpatient procedure with immediate relief in most cases. Sometimes followed by a corticosteroid injection for added benefit.
10

Radiofrequency Ablation

Nerve ablation (radiofrequency ablation) is a minimally invasive treatment that disrupts pain signals from specific nerves, providing long-term relief for chronic pain.
Used for lower back pain to treat facet joint pain and sacroiliac joint pain ; knee pain and shoulder pain.
Performed under imaging guidance, it typically takes less than an hour with local anaesthetic.
Relief usually begins within 1–3 weeks and can last 6–18 months. The procedure can be repeated if needed.
