Farhana, originally from South Africa, is a specialist male and female pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapist who graduated in 2005 from the University of Cape Town and relocated to London in 2008.

She has a special interest in pelvic health, pre and postnatal care and breast cancer care. She has undertaken additional qualifications in these fields, as well as in acupuncture, pilates and hydrotherapy.

Farhana is passionate about restoring pain-free movement and function in patients. She tackles problems using bespoke rehabilitation programmes, joint and soft tissue mobilisation and correction of movement dysfunctions. She assesses patients in a holistic way to find the root of the problem and aims to restore function as well as reduce the risk of the injury recurring.
